Reach Healthcare Solutions is a service provider based in London and the surrounding areas. Born out of the frustration of fractured services observed over the years for families with children with complex healthcare needs.
As a group of registered nurses with over 40 years of combined experience, we have cared for children and adults with various disabilities and complex care needs, gaining first-hand experience of managing care in the home.

The service we provide allows our service users — whether children or young adults suffering from chronic or disabling conditions — to continue living in the comfort of their own homes. We understand that for most service users and their families, there really is no place like home.
